A comprehensive evaluation for psychiatric care, hormonal optimization, sexual health concerns, and integrative functional psychiatry treatment planning.
Medication Management Visit (15 Minutes)

Brief medication-focused appointments for prescription refills, medication adjustments, side effect monitoring, and symptom check-ins.
Follow-Up Appointment (30 Minutes)

Routine follow-up appointments for medication management, symptom monitoring, treatment adjustments, and ongoing care support.
Follow-Up Appointment (60 Minutes)
$225
Extended follow-up visits for ongoing treatment planning, medication management, psychotherapy support, hormonal optimization, sexual health treatment, or more complex clinical concerns.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the anticipated cost of your healthcare services if you do not have insurance or are choosing not to use insurance.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services.

At least 10 business days in advance, you will receive an estimate within 3 business days
